About CRASH ON THE LEVEE and JERRY TREACY: For nearly 32 years, Jerry Treacy’s signature Americana/roots program Crash on the Levee (starting Monday February 5th at 9pm ET / 6pm PT) has been acclaimed for its wide-ranging, free-form style. Using Jerry’s skills as a full-time psychotherapist, the program has featured wide-ranging interviews with an eclectic guest list, and has broken once independent artists to the NYC area audience, including Josh Ritter, Ellis Paul Music and More Ellis Paul Dan Bern, and Molly Tuttle, while spotlighting live performances from an array of genres. Over its 30+ year history at WFDU (Teaneck, NJ/NYC), COTL became its most supported specialty program, earning coverage from media outlets including the The New York Times, New York Daily News, The Paley Center for Media, @The Bergen Record, The Star-Ledger, NJArts.net, & No Depression among others. Jerry has emceed dozens of concert events Midnight Ramble series at Levon Helm Studios, the post-9/11 “Gift of Music” show at THE BOTTOM LINE CLUB GREENWICH VILLAGE NYC), as well as creating the “Circle of Friends” music
