Jeremy Baum Trio
Wednesday, December 10, 2023
Two Sets from 7 – 9 PM
“Both traditional and trailblazing…Highly recommended.” – Blues Review Magazine
The Jeremy Baum Trio puts on a high-energy blend of funk, blues, and jazz. Mr Baum plays the Hammond Organ which is rooted in the blues and funky soul-jazz sounds of the late 1960s (think Booker T. and the MGs, Jack McDuff, Jimmy McGriff!) Jeremy has been playing festivals and jazz clubs in the New England region since his first release, Lost River Jams, in 2002. In May 2014, Jeremy Baum was officially recognized and inducted as a Master Blues Artist in the New York Blues Hall of Fame Jeremy has also been a successful sideman, performing on over 60 albums and touring with blues singer Shemekia Copeland, soul-jazz legend Melvin Sparks, and was a founding member of the Hudson Valley Latin band Soñando.
