PEACE ~ LOVE & PLAYHOUSE at Bedford Playhouse on Saturday, JUNE 22

Woodstock Party! Peace, Love and Playhouse! Live Music – Fab Food – And Lots of LOVE. Get Your Tickets For Our Biggest, Grooviest and Most Exciting Party of The Year JUNE 22, 2019!

Guests of Bedford Playhouse’s “Peace, Love and Playhouse Woodstock” party are in for a fantastic night of music, food and fun! As guests arrive, they will be welcomed by the VWPictureBus that will be in front of the Playhouse all night for classic photo booth picture strips that guests can take home with them.

The food, that will be catered by Revel with Dinner Thyme, will be delicious, whimsical, and bountiful. Party guests will enjoy open bars on both floors of the playhouse where specialty drinks such as the “Mama Cass” or “The Hendrix” will be served as well as premium liquors, wine and beer- all included with the price of the ticket!

There will be lots of fun to be had! “We have a psychedelic dance party happening in the Worby for those guests who want to ‘get dooown’”says, Juliette Koch Program and Event Coordinator of The Bedford Playhouse. “The Clive” (Davis Theater) will be showing the live Woodstock Concert Film with a break down of the performance times of such greats as The Grateful Dead and Janis Joplin. A henna and temporary tattoo artist will be there for those who want to get more into the Woodstock spirit!

And then there’s the music!!! There will be live music throughout the building- throughout the night! In the main theater and in the lobby welcoming our guests to the building. Guilty Pleasure, Grateful Dead Tribute Band –Not Dead Yet, Paul Green Rock Academy, indie rock and folk band Shallow Alcove (with some surprises throughout the evening!)

“We are so excited for this fun, music- filled evening! We hope that people will come as they were or how they would have been!” says Ms. Koch.

Woodstock was an opportunity for people to escape into music and spread a message of unity, peace and joy. All proceeds from this event will support the Bedford Playhouse’s cultural and artistic programming.
