Otto’s Full Service is an American Restaurant & Bar, located in the heart of Piermont, New York. It’s housed inside a former gas station that dates back to the 1920’s. Until recently, there was a man who was known to the locals; he owned and operated the gas station. His name was Otto. We welcome you to see the transformation for yourself.

Pianist Adam Birnbaum and Saxophonist Gary Smulyan
Pianist for the Al Foster Quartet, the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, and Darcy James Argue’s Secret Society, Adam Birnbaum is one of the most versatile and in-demand pianists in the world. A Steinway Artist, Adam is an Assistant Professor of jazz at Purchase College, SUNY. Gary is a four-time winner of the Down Beat Critic’s and Reader’s Polls and a multiple winner of numerous other official polls, including the Jazz Journalists Award for Baritone Saxophonist of the Year. He is a six-time GRAMMY award winner for his work with B.B. King, Lovano, Holland and the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra.
