ETHNO is a solo project by Thievery Corporation drummer Jeffrey James Franca, exploring global and electronic music influences. It’s a sonic journey that blends live percussion with electronic elements, drawing inspiration from Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and South America. Franca’s ETHNO project, which debuted with a tour supporting Flamingosis and The Motet, explores the diverse musical landscapes he’s experienced through his work with Thievery Corporation.
