Open Book is comprised of Rick and Michele Gedney. Rick, the love of Michele’s life, passed away in January this year. He was not only a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, but also an amazing landscape painter. Their new album, titled 'Leaning In,’ is the culmination of both of those talents.
My ideal listener is someone who wants to be touched by music. If you like backround music, I'm not your guy. My listener is someone that will listen to the lyrics as much as the music. I want to make you feel something. If that means you'll get good cry in, so be it. Maybe you've had your heart broken, if so, I'm your man I guess.
